SBD Development Officer Doug Skins said: “It's great to see a leading tracking company like CanTrack join Secured by Design and work with us and the Police Service to help combat the rise in plant and vehicle theft”.
CanTrack Global Managing Director, Peter Thompson added: “We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded SBD status. It is particularly pleasing to receive this as its accreditation involves us passing standards and tests nominated directly by the police service, with whom we work so closely on a daily basis.
“Every day we see valuable assets stolen which lead to operational disruption and financial loss for individuals and organisations. Our SBD accreditation provides positive reinforcement that our product demonstrates effectiveness in reducing crime.”
