Re-Booking Form ATLAS 24


Following the success of ATLAS 2023, we are offering SBD member companies the opportunity to book their place at ATLAS 2024, with prices frozen at this year’s rate if you pre-book next year’s stand by 31st March 2023.

The dates and location are still to be confirmed, but it is likely to remain at the same venue and within a similar timeframe as this year.

Exhibitor packages include:

  • exhibition space options at either 3m x 2m (£1245 + VAT) or 2m x 2m (£1045 + VAT)
  • six 70-minute sessions of dedicated delegate time to interact with all the delegates across both event days. This is in addition to the usual exhibitor time during breaks
  • ¼ page ad in the delegate guide
  • logo profile displayed on the ‘Exhibitors’ page on the event website
  • lunches and refreshments for two people

ATLAS 2024 is an opportunity to promote your organisation and products at this prominent policing event. Book now below to ensure you don’t miss out, as well as take advantage of the price freeze.

We will send an invoice to the designated address for payment within 30 days, once payment has been received your space will be confirmed.

The sponsorship packages do not include overnight accommodation or the evening meal on Tuesday night unless this has expressly been included.

For any of the meals/refreshments/overnight stays or should your staff wish to stay overnight, please use our additional booking form which will be provided nearer the event.

If you would like to bring more than two staff members to manage your stand, lunches and/or accommodation will need to be booked for them.

Once we have received the signed booking contract, the agreement is complete.

By signing and returning the booking contract, the signee has agreed to make payment of the applicable fee even if payment is not made within the stated payment terms.
