Server room door left open with no vision panel / internal window and that does not have security rated doors and is located within easy access of the perimeter.
Where there is a requirement for an internal door set to be secure (e.g. computer server room) these should be certificated to one of the following acceptable standards: PAS 24: 2012 LPS 1175 Issue 7 SR1 or above STS 202 BR 1 or above.
