Samson operates a 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre in Merseyside, providing professional monitoring, verification and response for intruder alarms, fire alarms, VSS/CCTV and other security systems. Our SSAIB Certificated facility meets the requirements of BS EN 50518:2019 Category I and BS 9518:2021, with verified alarm signals able to be passed directly to police control rooms through the ECHO platform where the required criteria are met. Our wider security operation provides the design, installation and maintenance of intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV/VSS and access control systems, alongside keyholding and alarm response. These services combine with our monitoring capability to provide customers with an integrated security solution from a single provider, complemented by our established security guarding services.
