Product Description:
Available in two sizes, the TVL ArmourShell is an external lock which bolts to the doors and uses a bullet cylinder to secure the doors and hold them shut. The high security, low maintenance, semi-automatic locking operation utilises a hardened steel locking bolt alongside various anti drill inserts for optimum protection. The ArmourShell is usually fitted in the window area of the vehicle to protect the vulnerable area from being maliciously damaged to gain access to the load area. The unique angled shape of the body is designed to deflect direct blows from a hammer, its design protected inter-locking (anti-jemmy) rear body and side door 45 degree body chamfer protects the shells from being forced apart too.

Police databases are organised regionally so there isn’t a true national picture of the scale of the problem, or a way to capture key details and trends on methods used to gain entry so van drivers and owners can be on high alert. We think it’s about time drivers and fleet owners were given a chance to join forces against the criminals who cause them so much damage, financially and emotionally.
