Sheerline’s perfectly matched aluminium window and door range, which offers industry leading thermal performance is manufactured by Garnalex, one of only a handful of UK based aluminium extruders. A truly vertically integrated manufacturer, all Sheerline products are produced by us at our state-of-the-art energy efficient production facility in the heart of the UK. Our in-house paint plant, aluminium and thermal break extrusion lines, rolling operation, warehousing and logistics all combine to give our customers access to the most perfectly matched and most thermally efficient range of aluminium windows, doors and lanterns in the UK. We are also committed to continuous investment and innovation to ensure our products, service and quality remain market leading. Sheerline products are Part L approved as standard. As the UK moves towards 2025’s Future Homes and Buildings Standard, the Government has introduced a range of changes to Building Regulations, tightening the thermal efficiency requirements for windows and doors. The good news is that Sheerline’s entire range is compliant with these new standards, using standard double glazing, due to our modern system design and the use of our own unique Thermlock® technology for thermal breaks. Consistent design aesthetics across all ranges. With a shared design philosophy and built around the same ingenious and unique engineering principles, Sheerline’s aluminium systems are designed to be used seamlessly together. Meaning aesthetics, colours, styles and sightlines match perfectly across a project.
