- 1.1 Facewatch Real Time Alerting - alerts businesses immediately when SOIs on their Facewatch SOI Database enter their business properties. This is delivered on locally installed computing equipment (the Edge Equipment) supplied and owned by Facewatch and includes third-party facial recognition software. Facewatch may optionally provide third party connectivity to the internet 1.2 Facewatch SOI Database - Facewatch acting as data controller generates a SOI Database. Images of SOIs may be uploaded by the subscriber and other subscribers using the incident reporting function. Any information provided under this agreement may be used to create alerts for the benefit of other subscribers where appropriate
