Police CPI join the Inclusive Employers Foundation.
Established in May 2011, Inclusive Employers is the UK’s first and leading membership organisation for employers looking to build inclusive workplaces and make inclusion an everyday reality. Their flagship initiative, The Inclusive Employers Foundation offers a rigorous, evidence-based gap analysis that enables organisations to assess their current inclusion practices, uncover challenges, and pinpoint key areas for growth and development.
By joining the Inclusive Employers Foundation, Police CPI will gain access to expert guidance, resources and a community of like-minded organisations committed to advancing diversity and inclusion.
Head of HR, Ruth Davis, said, “It was important for Police CPI to join this initiative because it will help us identify areas for improvement, implement best practices and ultimately foster a positive, inclusive culture and environment for everybody. Police CPI is committed to being an inclusive workplace”.
Emily Pattinson, Senior Inclusive Employers Standard Programme Lead, Inclusive Employers, comments: “We’re incredibly proud that Police CPI has shown a clear commitment to building an inclusive culture through their completion to the foundation process. It can often be overwhelming for an organisation in the early stages of their inclusion journey to step up and be a role model. By seeking to understand their inclusion development Police CPI demonstrates to others in their sector that they are prioritising their people and are passionate about creating a culture of impactful inclusion.”
