Unity Group offers peace of mind with Secured by Design

We are pleased to announce that Unity Doors and JCK Joinery, part of Unity Group, have recently renewed their membership with Secured by Design (SBD) - the official police security initiative.

SBD’s product-based accreditation scheme provides a recognised standard for all security products which can deter and reduce crime. Unity Doors Firesafe Composite Residential Doorsets and Regency SMC Composite Residential Doorsets along with JCK Joinery range of 30- and 60-minute timber Firedoors combined with access control systems and bespoke joinery doorsets have achieved the Police Preferred Specification.

Unity Group is made up of JCK Joinery – the bespoke timber door specialist, with a heritage spanning more than 150 years and Unity Doors who have been serving the door industry for over 20 years.

As a group, they are specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of high performing British made doors, including; sheet moulding compound (SMC), thermoplastic composite, engineered solid timber core composites and high quality timber doors. Since its inception they have sold over two million doors to trade, domestic and business customers throughout the UK.
