Top Accreditation for Samson Security’s Alarm Receiving Centre

The state-of-the-art ARC has achieved Category 1 status, the highest operational grading under European standards, and is certified by the Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB) to BS EN 50518:2019 and BS 9518:2021. This independent accreditation confirms the monitoring centre meets rigorous industry-leading requirements.

Based in Liverpool, the family owned security company provides a range of services aimed at protecting people, property and information including physical security, cybersecurity, fire safety services and facilities management. Their clients span a broad range of sectors such as commercial retail chains, construction sites, corporate offices, entertainment venues, domestic properties, and public sector organisations (including the NHS).

From the secure ARC monitoring hub, trained and accredited staff monitor alarms 24/7 across private homes, businesses and public buildings. When an alarm is triggered staff respond by contacting keyholders, notifying emergency services and dispatching security patrols.
